I ordered some neem oil and the first shipment was returned to the supplier because it was damaged. The order was re-sent and then also returned to the supplier because it was also damaged. I can now not seem to get a response from Puroleo. I would like my order, or my money back please and thank you.

I still haven’t gotten my ordered goods, seriously your delivery system just sucks for first time attempts it very discouraging and yet no follow up from the service.
Great smell, seems to be of high quality. Hopefully it will work as a natural mosquito repellant this summer.
