1. Our default shipping agents are Canada Post and Purolator. However, we may use other carriers to optimize freight costs and shipping times.
2. Customer will be informed of shipping and tracking details once it is provided by the shipping company.
3. Most of our orders are shipped from our Central Warehouse in Canada. Additional charges for exceptions made to standard shipments will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. If you set a PO box as your address, only Canada Post will be able to deliver your order.
5. Pureoyl Healthcare is not responsible for any losses, damages, or delays that may occur during shipping. If additional insurance is required, customers must notify us in advance; otherwise, orders will be shipped without insurance. Please note that carriers typically do not heat their trucks in winter or refrigerate them in summer. This does not affect the product's integrity. Simply allow the product to sit at room temperature for 24 hours before opening. In some cases, stirring may be needed to restore its consistency.
6. Our carriers do not redirect parcels to another address. If the provided address is incorrect or incomplete and requires an update by the carrier, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases, round-trip shipping charges must be paid to have the parcel resent.
7. Essential oils are classified as hazardous goods for air shipping and can only be shipped via ground transportation. Express (air) shipping is available for all other products.
8. We notify customers of out-of-stock items. If we do not receive a response within two business days, the order will be shipped as-is, and a refund for the unavailable items will be issued to the original payment method. Out-of-stock items are not automatically shipped when restocked and must be reordered separately, following standard ordering policies.
9. Pureoyl Healthcare is not responsible for refunding shipping costs for Expedited or Express shipments or for any order delays beyond our control.
10. We ship every business day. Orders placed before 12:00 noon EST are typically shipped the same day. Weekend orders may be processed early Monday morning before regular office hours.
