Refund policy

General Policy

We put a lot of effort into manufacturing quality products that will meet our customers' expectations. And we stand behind every item that we make, 100%. If you are not satisfied completely with your purchase, we will be happy to replace it or issue you a full refund, on a case by case basis*!

We encourage customers to buy smaller pack sizes or samples to check if it meets their expectations. This ensures lesser refund or returns.

Following are the conditions of returns:

  1. Customer must inform us via email at contact@pureoyl.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Return must be done via mail at the nearest Canada Post outlet
  3. Only unopened products in original packaging, and products that have never been used are eligible for return
  4. When the product is incorrect or damaged by the carrier, we will bear the shipping charges
  5. When the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer
  6. 50% restocking fees applies for returned products
  7. *For any other matters which doesn't fit above reasons, Pureoyl Healthcare reserves the right on decision to refund and the amount of refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
