Very high quality beard oil & balm - the scent is lovely and subtle. I’m trying to source as many products from Canadian businesses as I can, so I’m thrilled to have found this company (also bought some essential oil and jojoba oil, which are both fabulous quality!). I would highly recommend, and I will definitely be a repeat customer!
I’m happy to recommend Pureoyl’s products. Their products are top notch. No question. However their customer service is deplorable! I placed an order on feb 18/25. It took 6 full days before they filled the order. To their credit they shipped same day (which they were quick to point out) order received 2 days later, again to their credit. Thank you. the other matter concerns delivery fee. I was charged almost 15 dollars for Canada post standard delivery. It actually only cost this company $1.50 . I have the weigh bill to prove it. I have voiced this complaint through both email and website chat. No response! Again customer service is terrible and you should watch delivery fees.
